Pro and Elite are optional monthly digital subscriptions. Checkout, tax, promotion codes, and receipts are handled by Stripe when those features are turned on. Cancel in the Customer portal. The refund and cancellation policy explains that access continues to the end of the paid period and that partial-month refunds are not offered except where New Zealand consumer law requires them.

A missing Stripe key means checkout does not run. Free accounts keep the feed, hub, board, and live rooms.
